Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction or deletion, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
